For anyone who participates in Operation Christmas Child, look at the list below. Purchase 1 or 2 items each month and when November 2024 rolls around you will have everything you need to fill a box for a needy child.
Place this note on your calendar or refrigerator for monthly suggestions of items to give.
January- Look at after Christmas sales for toys, stuffed animals, balls, (soccer ball with pump), whistles, flashlights with additional batteries.
(Determine the age and gender of child that would enjoy the items. Continue to donate items for that age and gender each month.) Age groups 2-4, 5-9, 10-14.
February- washcloths, toothbrushes
March- socks, gloves
April- caps, sunglasses
May- flip flops
June- combs/ brushes, hair accessories
July- pencils & sharpeners, notebooks, scissors
August- crayons, markers, coloring books
September- t-shirt & shorts
October- fill boxes and pray for children
November- gather postage
